Valentine’s Day Charcuterie and Cider pairings
Salami Rose
Items Needed –
Wine glass with a narrow top
At least 10 thinly sliced pieces salami
Instructions –
Fold one piece of salami at a time over the edge of the wine glass
Keep as close to half of each piece on the inside, and outside of the glass for best results
Overlap the next piece of salami by ½ piece, and continue placing pieces around the rim of the glass
As you continue, it will become more difficult to press the salami towards the center of the glass, which is the goal
Once you have placed all your salami around the edge of the wine glass, hold it in place, and flip over the glass onto your serve board
Slowly remove the glass and reveal your rose
