Pork loin pairs well with our Dry Citrus or Original Ciders

Charcuterie is great with our Dry Citrus Cider

BBQ is great with our Sangria or Jalapeño Ciders

Hosting a meal for friends? It is important to take into consideration your guests dietary needs. Have a vegetarian attending? Someone who is lactose intolerant? Does anyone have allergies? Working at Saro has made me more sensitive to people's individual dietary needs. Always considering a menu that is pleasing to many palates and sensitivities.

Cider is the perfect companion to have with meals or as a layer of flavor in cooking your recipes. Try a bit of jalapeño cider in your pulled pork. Or maybe dry citrus as a pairing with your charcuterie plate, it’s clean crisp finish is perfect for those savory meats and creamy cheeses. Always a gluten free option at your backyard BBQ or grilling gatherings. I love a bit of Spiced Apple cider or Jalapeño in my vegan chili or as a complimentary beverage to drink with it.

Asian food! So easy to make vegan, vegetarian or gluten free! Try a bit of Botanical with it. The soft, slightly floral flavor and naturally dry finish is perfect for anything with a spice or salt component! I encourage you to try your own favorite recipes with one of our ciders and let us know what you come up with!
