cider celebrated

There seems to be a day to celebrate anything and everything now, but Saro’s celebration of this day is truly worth it, so please read on maestro.

Five years ago, we opened our doors to Lincoln, Nebraska with a dream of everyone enjoying the style of cider we make. While we have made a lot of progress, these past 5 years have included our share of small business struggles. We have weathered Pandemic closures (really who hasn’t), changes in employees (not one original employee remains but turns out that’s a good thing as we’ve hired some great f@&#ing talent), changes in our ciders (new recipes & new varieties), a new location (in case you didn’t know we opened a Lounge in Omaha last year) and growth in new markets (looks like we make a style of cider thoroughly enjoyed in California!). On the whole, these changes have been a net positive, and much of that success we owe to our hardworking team and our biggest fans who help spread the word.

To THANK THEM & YOU, we’d like to have a party celebrating these successes and our 5-year anniversary.  What could be more appropriate than to do so on the national holiday that celebrates what we craft. Please join us on Saturday, November 18th in either lounge (or both… we won’t judge). “What will you get out of it?” you ask.  Well…

  • Special deals

  • Games – all apple related of course.

  • Build-your-own Caramel apple bar

  • Prizes – but only for those who win 1st place.  There are no 15th place medals here.

  • A one-in-four chance a 2024 pass to the Nebraska State Parks.

  • In Lincoln, curated flight boards that are paired with cheeses from Open Harvest.

  • In Omaha, build-your-own cocktail boards created by our manager, who is a fabulous mixologist.

  • A chance to join our mug club (only offered to 48 people and it allows $5 draft pours from now until 12/31/24)

We hope you choose to Explore More with us on Saturday Nov. 18th and share your story of when you first experienced Saro Ciders – a less sweet, more flavor expedition!

Kindly,

Tracy, an original …

Co-owner that is.
